Community Vision Plan

As part of Uptown Partnership’s initial mandate through funding from Harvest Foundation, Uptown Partnership hired a consultant team to engage with the community to create an Uptown Community Vision plan containing recommendations for revitalization of the Uptown business district. The Uptown Community Vision Plan recommendations were presented by the consultants to a small group of stakeholders in March 2022. Uptown Partnership is continuing to work with community members through a rigorous community engagement process to vet, prioritize, and implement some of the recommendations that were contained in the final Uptown Community Vision Plan developed by the consultant team.
